2-Year Certification

Length: 8 & 16 Hours

Basic First Aid skills practiced in Remote Location settings
Splinting with available resources
Patient Moving/Lifting
Hypothermia Wraps, Hydration
Improvised Shelters
Emotional Aspects of Being Lost/Basic Survival Strategies
Extensive Outdoors Scenario Practice (regardless of weather!)
IMPROVISATION using available resources for splinting, moving, sheltering, warmth/cooling
All scenarios CUSTOMIZED to each group’s physical ability, reality of equipment available and experience in the outdoors
